Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item in question has a manufacturer defect that falls under the warranty coverage. If you believe your product is defective, we are happy to help you initiate a warranty claim in accordance with the terms outlined by Dimension One Spas’ official warranty.
